Dr. Sandra B. Cook is an author, investor, entrepreneur, mentor, and founder of the Church of Restoration and Transformation.  She is the daughter of Easterlin Pearl Taylor of Eastover, SC, and the late Tommy Benjamin Sr. of Wilmington, Delaware. She has been married to Louis Cook, Jr. for twenty-seven years and has two valor men, Justin Lewis and Louis Cook III. She retired from the Social Security Administration in 2019 to become an author and a full-time apostle.

She was an honor graduate of Benedict College, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and continuing her education to receive a Master’s in Theology and a Doctorate in Ministry from Destiny Christian University, Winter Haven, Florida.  

She truly understands the labor that goes into ministering to God’s people and has laid down her life for it. For it is written, the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Where much is given, yes, too, much is required.  She has been in ministry for over twenty-eight years, and she is the founder and Apostle of The Church of Restoration and Transformation, better known as CORAT.  She believes in one God, one faith, and one baptism, where restoration, transformation, and the manifestation of God’s power heal and deliver through the Holy Spirit. Nothing broken, nothing missing!

Her humbling Scripture is John 15:5, from which she declares: I understand that God is the vine, and I am the branch:  I will forever abide in Him, and He in me. Through Him, I can bring forth much fruit: but without Him, I am nothing!”
